Go4Life is an exercise and physical activity campaign from the National Institute on Aging to motivate older adults to be more active throughout their lifespan. September is Go4Life Month and K-State Research and Extension adult development and aging specialist Erin Yelland says older adults can perform a variety of simple exercises to improve their endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.

Sound Living is a weekly public affairs program addressing issues related to families and consumers. It is hosted by Jeff Wichman. Each episode shares the expertise of K-State specialists in fields such as child nutrition, food safety, adult development and aging, youth development, family resource management, physical fitness and more.
