A National 4-H Council survey on the state of teen mental health found more than 70% of the 1,516 respondents said they’re struggling with their mental health. Kansas 4-H state leader Wade Weber and K-State Research and Extension youth development specialist Elaine Johannes think the survey can help parents, 4-H, and community partners provide a better support system for teens.
Sound Living is a weekly public affairs program addressing issues related to families and consumers. It is hosted by Jeff Wichman.
