The cost of everything seems to be going up. So how do you deal with increased prices? A K-State Research and Extension family resource management specialist says strategic budgeting, planning, and cutting costs where possible can help reduce the financial impact of higher prices. Elizabeth Kiss (kish) also suggests buying only the things you actually need, cooking at home to reduce your overall food costs and shopping with a list to avoid impulse buying.
