Valentine’s Day typically centers around red roses, chocolates, greeting cards and romance. However, Kansas State University child development specialist Bradford Wiles believes it can also be a time for kindness. While Valentine’s Day celebrates love, he says kindness is a key component of love. Wiles talks about how parents can show kindness toward their children and themselves.
